This is a good genuine antique English Victorian period two door well figured and honey coloured Walnut two door Display Cabinet / China Cabinet / Book Case / trophy cabinet etc.

Apart from the highly figured book leaf matched top the front is also highly figured and features multiple cross bandings on the frieze and the two doors. The front corners have full height engaged pilasters on the cantered corners which are further embellished with with broard line inlays to either side plus attractive cast gilt applied mounts top and bottom. There is also a cast molding to the centre of the plinth base which also has a serpentine lower edge The cast key hole escutcheon is missing and we will soon have it replaced.

The glazed panelled doors reveal a fully lined interior with two full width shelves.

Condition: Over all very good for age and use however could be improved with some minor detailing and general refurbishment.
