An excellent, stylish, genuine, antique, English, Georgian, Chest of Drawers from the later 1700s and in the style of Thomas Chippendale. Constructed in quality well figured and highly figured imported and prestigious Central American Mahogany of excellent colour and figuring. The chest has three graduated full width drawers and a top pull out baize lined brushing slide, the whole standing upon a shaped and carved embellished base all supported on scrolled cabriole legs. The bail drawer pull handles and escutcheons are in gilt bronze.
