Antique English Georgian late Regency period 1811 - 1820 Mahogany Circular Extension Dining Table.

This table is in our store room in its as is untouched condition and is awaiting professional conservation as it is all there except one little chip to the apron which we have and it is complete with its original removable extension leaf so it seats four people in very generous style and comfort or six people in the same comfort when the extension leaf is in place.

The centre column is well turned and highly profiled plus is embellished with a reeded collar to wards the bottom. The column sits on a shallow circular base with panels with raised moldings between the legs. The legs are shaped somewhere between cabriole and sabre. They are tapered and reeded with turned patera at the top and flow elegantly in compass point formation from the raised knees to the decorative brass toe caps with the original castor assemblies beneath.

Condition: Complete untouched original requiring professional refurbishment which we can provide.

Size: Diameter closed 128cm Length with extension leaf in position 191cm.
