This is a very good example and in excellent condition genuine country antique English Georgian last quarter of the 1700s Occasional Table which may also be used as a Lamp Table or a Wine Table. The table being a country piece has a lovely rustic charm and character.

The whole table is crafted from solid well figured Oak which has now mellowed to a light mousey brown / honey colour.

The circular top tilts vertically when not required to serve as a table and is supported on a central well turned upward tapered centre column which has a lower bulbous urn like turning and with lower ring turning above the base. The table is supported on three shaped and tapered cabriole legs in a tripod formation.

Condition: Excellent condition for age and with a lovely patina.
