This is an excellent example of making a stylish and practical Occasional Table / Coffee Table with a lift off serving tray. The genuine Georgian period oval Tray is made from lovely well figured Mahogany now mellowed and is embellished with a bold oval ’sun burst’ centre inlay, brass carry handles and scalloped gallery. It sits within a custom made table base frame in the elegant later 1700s Sheraton style even down to the fine Fruit Wood line inlays.
